Andy Wolfskill has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andy started their career at Charter Psychiatric Hospital as an Outpatient Therapist in 1989. Andy then worked as an Employee Assistance Program Manager at HCA Arlington Medical Center from 1990 to 1994. Following that, they joined Columbia/HCA Arlington Medical Center MSO as an Assistant to the Director from 1994 to 1996. Andy then served as an IPA Administrator at PHYCOR, IPA Management from 1996 to 1998. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Integrated Cost Management Systems (ICMS) from 1998 to 1999. Andy briefly served as the Interim Executive Director at PHYCOR of North Texas in 1999. Andy then joined Child and Family Guidance Center, where they held various positions including Director of Contracts and Client Support Services and Chief Program Officer from 2000 to 2002. Later, they worked as the Director of Liaison Services and Program Development at Dallas Metrocare Services in 2003. Andy returned to Child and Family Guidance Center as the Chief Program Officer from 2004 to 2009. From 2009 to 2016, they served as the COO and Interim CEO at Child and Family Guidance Center before taking on the role of CEO at the same organization in 2017.

Andy Wolfskill's education history begins with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Baylor University, which was attained from 1976 to 1980. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completing their studies from 1980 to 1983. Later on, they obtained a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they enrolled from 1987 to 1989.
