R. Aurora Delaries possesses extensive experience in domestic violence support and intervention, currently serving as a DV Specialist IV at Child & Family Service since April 2005. Roles have included providing comprehensive services to families affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse, psychoeducation for juvenile participants, and direct case management at the West Hawaii Domestic Abuse Shelter. R. Aurora Delaries has held various specialist positions, facilitated support groups, and managed outreach initiatives, notably as chair of the Family Violence Interagency Committee. An educational background includes a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision, an MA in Counseling Psychology, and a BA in Social Science, all from Saybrook University and the University of Hawaii-West Oahu.
