Summer Faria is an experienced professional with a diverse background in child welfare, education, and health services. Currently serving as a Local Coordinator for the Mid-Pacific Conference on Birth and Primal Health Research and a Transportation Specialist at Child & Family Service since January 2019, Summer facilitates visits for parents and children in the child welfare system. Previous experience includes working as a Kumu at Keiki O Ka `Aina Family Learning Centers, providing resources and curriculum for family learning, and as a Hawai`i Sales Representative for Moby Wrap Inc. Summer's early career involved roles in veterinary assistance and customer service at the Maui Humane Society and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC. Summer holds various educational qualifications, including a School Health Aide Certification and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Windward Community College and Leeward Community College.
