Luz María Gonzalez, MSW, ACSW, PPSC, is an experienced social worker and leader in community engagement with a robust background in mental health services. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Child Guidance Center and working as a School Social Worker for the Santa Ana Unified School District, Luz has previously directed the Children & Youth Engagement Department at Latino Health Access. With extensive experience in outreach and program development at organizations such as Make-A-Wish and Fresenius Medical Care, Luz has successfully cultivated partnerships and improved services for vulnerable populations. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and a certificate from the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
