Courtney K. Bursuc, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Courtney has additional experience as a Research Assistant on the Nutrition and Health Team at Catholic Relief Services in April 2016, as well as an Administrative Assistant/Patient Recruiter at the University of Louisville from February 2014 to July 2015. Courtney K. also worked as an Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative at Connextions from October 2013 to February 2014.

Earlier in their career, they served as an Americorps Scholar Coach at the Schuler Scholar Program from July 2012 to July 2013.

Courtney K. Bursuc, MPH obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Global Health from Emory University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from Oberlin College, which they attended from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Courtney has acquired several certifications. In June 2016, they obtained a 200 RYS Yoga Instructor certification from Hotlanta Yoga. In July 2017, they obtained a Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification from First Response Safety Training. Lastly, in September 2018, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
