Kayla Theriault is a Senior Associate and Senior Data Analyst at the Child Health & Development Institute (CHDI) since January 2019, with prior experience as a Data Analyst. Before CHDI, Kayla worked as a Teacher at Educational Playcare and as a Cashier at CVS Health. Kayla also served as a Research and Evaluation Intern at the Connecticut Women's Education and Legal Fund (CWEALF), where support was provided on various research projects utilizing SPSS and Microsoft Excel. Early career roles include Assistant Teacher at Precious Moments Day Care Center and a Student Childcare Trainee at the University of Connecticut Child Development Labs. Kayla holds a Master of Public Health - MPH from the University of Connecticut (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from the same institution (2012-2016).
