Lakisha Hoffman

LaKisha Hoffman currently serves as the Senior Director of School and Community Programs at the Child Mind Institute, a position held since November 2022. Concurrently, LaKisha is the Director of SEL and Strategic Implementation at Sown To Grow, utilizing social and emotional learning pedagogy to enhance school culture and improve student competencies. Previous roles include Assistant Principal of School Culture and Mental Health Director at Caliber Public Schools, where LaKisha coordinated mental health services, and School Social Worker at Perspectives Charter Schools, focusing on social services and restorative practices. LaKisha's background includes various positions in youth development and education, supplemented by a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
