Tatiana P. Claridad, MBA, serves as the Director of Board Affairs and Institutional Strategy and the Director of Special Projects at the Child Mind Institute since March 2023. Prior to this, Tatiana held the position of Senior Operations Manager for the Overdose Prevention Program at Vital Strategies from November 2021 to March 2023, focusing on public health initiatives aimed at reducing overdose deaths. Tatiana's extensive experience includes roles as Associate Director and Senior Program Manager at the American Psychiatric Association, alongside positions at K4 Solutions, Inc. and IQ Solutions Inc. Tatiana's academic background features an MBA in Healthcare from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
