Mark Cooke

Mark Cooke is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and governance. Currently serving as Treasurer for Child Poverty Action Group UK and Harington since 2021, and for Compass since 2004, Mark has extensive experience in leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association from 2014 to 2021, as well as Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the Big Lottery Fund from 2004 to 2014. Additional experience includes a governance position at the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London, and prior roles as Finance Director at the British Printing Industries Federation and Deputy Finance Director at the Consumers' Association and Which?. Mark's academic credentials include a BSc in MORSE from the University of Warwick.
