Holly Nord is an experienced Proposal Manager at Child Trends since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team, developing proposal resources, and providing strategic support for complex bids. Previous roles at Child Trends include Proposal and Strategy Specialist, Proposal Specialist, and Proposal and Compliance Coordinator, focusing on proposal development and compliance. Holly served as an English Teaching Assistant in Fulbright Taiwan, co-teaching English and designing educational programs. Additional experience includes research roles at Worcester Community Housing Resources and JUCCCE, as well as independent research on undergraduate Mandarin learning supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross and has studied at Capital Normal University and Donghua University.

The Early Childhood Data Collaborative (ECDC) supports state policymakers’ development and use of coordinated state early care and education (ECE) data systems. The ECDC provides tools and resources to encourage data-driven state policy changes and provide a national forum to support the development and use of coordinated state ECE data systems.
