Michael Admassu has extensive experience in financial management, beginning with a role as Junior Accountant at Addis Asqual Transit & Trading P.L.C. from September 2003 to August 2007. Since September 2011, Michael has held various positions at Child Trends, progressing from Junior Staff Accountant to Project Accountant, then to Senior Project Accountant, and subsequently serving as Accounting Supervisor and Budget and Reporting Manager. Michael's academic background includes studies at the University of Virginia from 2009 to 2011.

The Early Childhood Data Collaborative (ECDC) supports state policymakers’ development and use of coordinated state early care and education (ECE) data systems. The ECDC provides tools and resources to encourage data-driven state policy changes and provide a national forum to support the development and use of coordinated state ECE data systems.
