Senior Director Of Implementation at Childhelp®

Lauren Anderson has had a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Lauren started their career at Boys Town, where they worked as a Fidelity Consultant from September 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they provided coaching, support, and on-site consultation to multiple Boys Town sites, ensuring program implementation and compliance.

From January 2016 to March 2018, Lauren served as a Senior Director of Fidelity at Boys Town. Lauren provided analysis, planning, and oversight for the department, aligning with strategic initiatives and ensuring the quality implementation of the Boys Town model at affiliate sites.

In April 2018, Lauren joined Boys Town South Florida as an Executive Director. Reporting to the national vice president of youth care, they provided oversight for all youth and family services in South Florida. Lauren led a team of direct and indirect reports, managed a $7M P&L budget, and served over 4,800 children and families in seven programs across six counties.

Lauren's most recent role is as the Senior Director of Implementation at Childhelp®. Since January 2021, they have defined, operationalized, and implemented best practices and program models across multiple programs in four states. Additionally, they have been acting as the interim Senior Director of Orange County Programs, overseeing residential and clinical programming in three community group homes.

Lauren Anderson's education history comprises a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colgate University, which they pursued from 1991 to 1995. Later, they attended Florida State University, where they obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree between 1996 and 1998.
