Operations Team

The Operations Team at ChildLife Foundation Pakistan oversees the smooth functioning and management of 13 children's Emergency Rooms (ER) and 190 Telemedicine Satellite Centers. They ensure that quality emergency care is efficiently delivered to over 1.7 million children annually across Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab. The team coordinates logistics, maintains operational standards, and implements strategic initiatives to support the organization’s mission of reducing child mortality by providing free, accessible, and round-the-clock emergency care.
