Ashay Shah is a Research Associate at Children and Family Futures since September 2012, where contributions include data management and analysis to improve collaborative practices within various support systems. Prior experiences encompass roles as a Social Work Intern focused on program and policy development and evaluation, as well as providing therapeutic services at Connect the Tots from September 2011 to June 2012. Additionally, Ashay has worked as a Job Coach for individuals with developmental disabilities at Integrated Resources Institute from April 2008 to August 2011. In the music realm, Ashay plays drums for the local band Golden Afternoon, actively performing at venues in Orange County and Los Angeles since January 2010. Ashay holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from UC Irvine.
