Tamika Ryan is a skilled data professional with experience in data coordination and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as Data Coordinator IT at Children & Families First since July 2022, Tamika provides technical assistance for database systems and generates detailed reports featuring data analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Data & Program Coordinator at Urban Upbound, where personal data for over 600 community members was recorded, alongside coaching clients on resume and interview preparation. Previously, at NYC Administration for Children's Services, Tamika processed applications for childcare business owners and contributed insights into child behavior as a Congregate Care Specialist. Tamika holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Social Sciences from LaGuardia Community College, attained in 2015.
