Midline Oware

Midline Oware is an experienced professional in program management and community outreach with a diverse background in healthcare and social services. Currently serving as the Team Leader/Supervisor for Program Management at Children & Families First since May 2021, Midline oversees the development and evaluation of community-based programs. As a co-founder of the Haitian Coalition of Delaware since May 2020, contributions to strengthening community networks have been significant. Prior roles include Bilingual Outreach Specialist at the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, focusing on outreach programs for under-served communities, and Program Manager at Sussex County Health Coalition. Midline has also held positions such as Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator at Westside Family Healthcare and Residential Aide at Dove Pointe. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts from Wesley College and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Science in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University.
