Children First Fund
Rebecca Clarkin is a seasoned nonprofit executive with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on social services and youth programming. As the Executive Director of Children First Fund since January 2025, Rebecca oversees initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for vulnerable populations. Previously, as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief External Affairs Officer at Youth Guidance, Rebecca led national strategies for scaling programs and developed sustainable funding channels, gaining support from high-profile leaders. At Little City Foundation, contributions were significantly increased under Rebecca's leadership as Chief Development Officer. Early in career at Children’s Home + Aid, Rebecca held various roles including Vice President of External Affairs, where significant annual fundraising success was achieved. Rebecca holds a Master of Public Administration in Social Policy from Cornell University and multiple degrees in Sociology from New York University and Bard College at Simon's Rock.
