Kaitlin Doyle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pediatric occupational therapy and leadership roles within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Children With Opportunity since 2021 and as TheraWe Clinical Director at Rethink First since 2020, Kaitlin also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at TheraWe Connect since 2019. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at the Lee Ann Britain Infant Development Center since 2016 and previously as an Occupational Therapist at Britain Development until August 2020, Kaitlin has demonstrated a commitment to the development of children. Earlier experience includes working as a paraprofessional in early childhood education at Blue Springs School District in 2013. Kaitlin holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Graceland University.
