Elizabeth Beltran

Elizabeth Beltran is an experienced Early Childhood Professional Development Specialist-Bilingual at ChildrenFlow, LLC since February 2024. Prior roles include Senior Youth Development Director-Early Care and Youth Development Director-Early Childhood Education at the YMCA of Greater Houston from August 2016 to February 2024, and Director of Early Childhood at St. Luke The Evangelist Catholic Church from October 2001 to July 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager at St. Luke's United Methodist Church from January 1996 to October 2001, focusing on Early Childhood and After School Care & Day Camp programs. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a Concentration in Early Childhood Education from Springfield College and a National Director’s Credential in Early Childhood Leadership from National Louis University.
