With a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current position as Program Manager at Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas.

For over 25 years, Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas (CACTX) has served as the membership association for the state’s 70 local children’s advocacy centers, ensuring access to safety, justice, and healing for nearly one million Texas children impacted by abuse. As we continue to serve these children, CACTX is casting our vision far upstream: to build a future where all children are free from sexual abuse. Through collaborative partnerships and visionary, evidence-based prevention, awareness, and education strategies, we are working to stop child sexual abuse before it starts.
