The Financial Team at Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's financial health and ensuring optimal resource allocation to support its mission. This includes budgeting, financial planning, accounting, financial reporting, grant management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. By maintaining robust financial operations, the team supports the organization's efforts in providing safety, justice, and healing to Texas children impacted by abuse.
