Dr. Ashley Stallings-Small is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in special education and instructional leadership. Currently serving as a Summer Special Education Teacher at Ulster Boces and a Clinical Supervisor at Western Governors University, Dr. Stallings-Small has demonstrated a commitment to developing individualized teaching methods and enhancing the learning environment for students. With roles including Elementary Special Education Teacher at Children's Aid College Prep Charter School and Instructional Coach at ANWA Education, significant expertise has been cultivated in facilitating teacher development and creating effective teaching resources. Dr. Stallings-Small holds a PhD in Special Education and Teaching from Northcentral University and is pursuing a degree in Progressive Leadership at Bank Street College of Education.

Our Mission The Children’s Aid College Prep Charter School is a Children’s Aid Society community school whose mission is to prepare elementary school students for success in middle school, high school, college and life by providing them with a rigorous instructional experience; addressing their physical, emotional and social needs; fostering a sense of pride and hope; and serving as a safe and engaging community hub.
