Caitlin Robisch

Caitlin Robisch is a strategy, planning, and operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations for Strategic Initiatives at Children's Aid, where they oversee priority initiatives and implement organization-wide planning across multiple departments. Previously, Caitlin held roles including Director of WE Schools for the Northeast USA, where they developed expansion strategies and established partnerships to serve over 600 schools. Their experience also includes leadership roles at the NYC Department of Education, where they managed analytics teams and citywide initiatives, as well as consulting positions that involved strategic operational analyses for various organizations. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Economics and History from the University of Virginia and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Columbia University.
