Shar Jaidev

Sharanya Jaidev currently serves as the Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Women Moving Millions, a role held since July 2023. Prior to this position, Sharanya accumulated extensive experience at UNICEF USA from June 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities spanned multiple leadership roles in Foundation Partnerships and Operations, culminating in the Director title. Prior positions include work with the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., supporting pediatric HIV strategy across several African nations, and a consulting role at RTI International focused on sanitation technology in India. Early career experience includes various positions at Citi, where Sharanya gained expertise in credit sales and trading, along with a rich foundation in project coordination through positions at Wall Street Without Walls. Sharanya holds an M.B.A. in Social Impact, Marketing, and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Methods in Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
