Ani Melkumyan

Ani Melkumyan is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in employee engagement and human resources. Currently serving as Associate Director of Employee Experience at Children's Bureau since April 2017, Ani has effectively collaborated with C-level leadership to enhance employee engagement and productivity, leading to the organization being recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” in Los Angeles. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Accounting Principals, where candidate matching and career counseling were key responsibilities, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at KaBOOM!, managing full life cycle recruitment processes. Additionally, Ani served as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Jim McDermott, focusing on research and constituent communication, and volunteered as a Youth Development Volunteer at Our Lady of Armenia Convent, providing tutoring and English language training. Ani Melkumyan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature with an emphasis on Creative Writing from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
