Ignacio Plascencia has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Ignacio started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Blue Sky Studios, where they assisted production employees and handled various HR-related reports. Ignacio then worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Brink's Inc, managing HR processes and procedures across the company's US footprint. At Twentieth Century Fox, Ignacio served as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting multiple business units and assisting with the annual merit review process. Ignacio then joined Curacao as a Senior Human Resources Generalist & Recruiter, providing guidance and counseling in HR matters and handling recruitment support.
