Andrew Stone

Andrew Stone is an experienced professional in the field of genomics and cancer research, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Research Development and Partnerships Manager at the Children's Cancer Institute since October 2018. Prior roles include Head of Discovery Genomics at Genome.One Pty Ltd and various positions at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, including Genomics Program Manager and Senior Research Officer. Additionally, Andrew contributed as a Conjoint Lecturer at UNSW and has held research associate positions at RSR Ltd and Novartis. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Pharmacology from the University of Bath, Andrew possesses a strong academic background to complement extensive professional experience in strategic research and partnerships.
