Krystal Armstrong LPC, CADC, ACS is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Oakland University and the University of Detroit Mercy since 2020, Armstrong also holds the position of Clinical Director-General Behavioral Health at The Children's Center of Wayne County since June 2021. With a background as a Psychotherapist at Krystal Clear Counseling, PLLC since 2014, Armstrong has previously contributed to Harbor Oaks Hospital, where responsibilities included Clinical Operating Officer, Director of Clinical Services, and Director of Chemical Dependency and Outpatient Services from 2009 to 2020. Armstrong is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University and holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University, and is a BCBA candidate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
