Jennifer S. Iagnemma

Jennifer S. Iagnemma, DNP, RN, serves as the director of clinical services for UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics which provides clinical oversight and guidance for UPMC CCP staff. This includes Children’s Nurse Triage and Advice Line, the care coordination, informatics and clinical departments, and the Healthy Habits program.

Ms. Iagnemma is a registered nurse with 25 years’ experience in pediatric nursing. This includes staff nursing, case management, nursing administration and transition planning.

She began her career with UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in 1990 as a staff RN specializing in pediatric oncology and endocrinology. After several years as a staff RN and while working towards her master’s degree, Ms. Iagnemma help start the care coordination program at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
