Sara Mikhail

Sara Mikhail, MA, is an experienced leader in housing and homelessness management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Housing and Homelessness at Children's Cottage Society since April 2021. In this role, Sara guides the HomeLinks Housing and Brenda's House Programs, focusing on strategic oversight and program delivery. Previously, Sara held positions such as Manager for Housing Programs, CHH Coordinator at Collaborative for Health and Home, and Support Coordinator at the Canadian Accreditation Council. With a foundational background that includes managing Housing First programs at The Mustard Seed and serving as a Legal Services Officer, Sara's expertise lies in developing community-based solutions and advocating for accessibility in healthcare for individuals experiencing homelessness. Sara holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Calgary.
