Ben began their career at TheraCare Rehab, where they served as the Director of Operations for the NoCal region, successfully expanding the operational units and managing a team of facility managers. Ben then moved on to Open Enterprises, where they held the position of CEO and led the organization through exponential growth and market turbulence.
