Children's Council of San Francisco
Cecily Banks currently serves as the Family Services Program Manager at the Children's Council of San Francisco, focusing on early care and education for children in San Francisco since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Parent Educator at Compass Family Services, a Case Management Supervisor at St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco, and an Afterschool Coordinator at Bakersfield City School District. Cecily has also engaged in volunteer coordination with AmeriCorps VISTA, counseled and advocated for transitional-age youth at Community Housing Partnership, and worked in various advocacy and case management positions across multiple organizations. Cecily is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health with a focus on Trauma at Grand Canyon University and holds a Healthworker Certification in Public Health from City College of San Francisco.
