Joanne Cheung is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business operations, education, and community outreach. Currently serving as a Business Operations Specialist at the Children's Council of San Francisco since November 2021, Joanne ensures accurate financial processes and supports the integration of city-wide databases, including the adoption of Salesforce. Previously, as an Education and Outreach Specialist, Joanne organized community events, managed relationships with various organizations, and tracked family outcomes to enhance service delivery. Joanne's earlier experience includes significant roles at the Homeless Prenatal Program as a Domestic Violence Advocate and at the Community Youth Center of San Francisco as an Employment Counselor. Additionally, Joanne worked at the Charity Cultural Services Center as a Program Coordinator, achieving a 50% increase in student enrollment through effective recruitment initiatives. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Davis.
