Senior Manager Of Curriculum And Programs at Children's Defense Fund

Ciara Mackey-Hall serves as the Senior Manager of Curriculum and Programs at the Children's Defense Fund since July 2018, collaborating with the Director to curate an extensive list of culturally relevant titles for the CDF Freedom Schools' curriculum and developing accompanying lesson plans. Prior experience includes roles as Program & Outreach Manager, Program & Research Associate, and Administrative Assistant within the CDF Freedom Schools, where responsibilities ranged from strategic expansion planning to research and operations management. Additionally, Ciara held the position of Executive Assistant at Philadelphia READS and worked as a Legislative Assistant at Duane Morris LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Temple University.
