Children's Dental Services
Phonsuda Chanthavisouk, MDT, RDH, currently serves as a Research Assistant Professor, Teaching Specialist, and Researcher in the Department of Primary Care, Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry since May 2020. In addition, Phonsuda is a Dental Therapist with Children's Dental Services from June 2021 and previously held roles as a Registered Dental Hygienist and Clinic Assistant at Shamblott Family Dentistry from February 2019 to April 2021. Phonsuda also worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Primary Care, Division of Dental Therapy. Phonsuda holds a Master's degree in Dental Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, obtained between 2018 and 2021.

Children's Dental Services
Since 1919, Children's Dental Services is dedicated to improving the oral health of children from families with low incomes by providing accessible treatment and education to our diverse Minnesota community. CDS provides a full range of dental services to children from birth until age twenty-one and to pregnant women.
