Amanda Fortner is an experienced professional in product development and merchandising, currently serving as the Manager of Product Development and E-Commerce Merchandising at Children's Factory since March 2021. Previously, Amanda held multiple roles at New Balance from September 2009 to December 2020, including Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and Merchandiser, where responsibilities included executing business strategies, managing product life cycles, and identifying sales opportunities. Earlier experience includes roles at Roman Company as a Product Development Analyst and Buyer, and administrative positions at Nationwide Logistics, Inc. and various realty groups. Amanda holds a diploma in Administrative Assistant from Hickey Business College.

Each product has been intentionally designed to address specific milestones in the development of children. We’ve taken great care in selecting the ideal assortment of products to accommodate the ever-evolving needs of today’s preschool and elementary classrooms while keeping the safety of our little ones, our paramount concern.
