Ross North is currently the President of Children's Factory, with previous experience as Vice President at Essex Industries. Ross has a strong background in operations and engineering, having held roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Engineering and Customer Experience, Manager of Product Support Engineering, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Product Development Engineer. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Ross has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, implementing Lean practices, driving operational improvements, and managing product development projects. Throughout Ross's career, they have consistently delivered results by implementing innovative solutions and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
