William (Bill) started their career as a Research Analyst at Hanson & Neiswender, where they managed the startup of an urban-planning consulting firm. William (Bill) then transitioned to the financial sector, working at the Florida State Board of Administration as a Research Economist, Network Analyst, and Manager of Equity Trading Systems. During their time there, they implemented electronic trading systems and gained expertise in various technologies.

In 2003, Bill joined the Children's Forum as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where they were responsible for all IT operations. William (Bill) managed the organization's servers, firewalls, security, networks, email system, and more. Following their undergraduate studies, from 1986 to 1987, they attended the Florida State University - College of Business, where they obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Management.
