Children's Funding Project
Ryan Lugalia-Hollon, PhD, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UP Partnership, previously known as P16Plus, and has held the position of Executive Director at the same organization. In addition, Ryan is a Board Member for the Children's Funding Project and has previously worked as the Executive Director and Program Director for Excel Beyond the Bell San Antonio. As a former Co-Executive Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Ryan also contributed as a Justice Fellow at the Adler School of Professional Psychology's Institute on Public Safety and Social Justice. Ryan earned both a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Children's Funding Project
Children’s Funding Project is a nonprofit social impact organization that helps communities, states, and Native nations expand equitable opportunities for children and youth through strategic public financing. Through our hands-on technical assistance and collection of resources, we help advocates, policymakers, public agencies, and funders identify and align existing funding, generate new revenue, and implement strategies to administer funds in ways that maximize their impact.
