Jitendra Upadhyay currently serves as an EHR Senior Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst at Children’s Health Ireland since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jitendra worked as a Data Analyst in the production team at Crédit Agricole Creditor Insurance from January 2023 to June 2023. Jitendra's experience includes a tenure as a Reporting and Data Analyst at Yapstone from February 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities involved customer operations reporting. Jitendra also contributed as a Research Analyst at Blueocean Market Intelligence from September 2014 to August 2017, focusing on primary research and statistical analysis. Academically, Jitendra is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Limerick and holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics from Maynooth University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) was established in 1 January 2019. This saw Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin, Temple Street Children’s University Hospital and paediatric services at Tallaght University Hospitals come together and integrate into one organisation to deliver healthcare to Ireland’s children, in preparation for the opening of the new children’s hospital at St James's Hospital in Dublin. CHI governs and operates acute paediatric services for the greater Dublin area and all national paediatric services, some of which are on an all-island basis. It is also the client for the new children’s hospital project, including its two new outpatient and urgent care centres. As an academic healthcare organisation, CHI is leading on the clinical and operational transformation of acute paediatric healthcare through our triple mission of integrated services, education and research and innovation.
