The Leadership Team at Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is responsible for steering the overall strategic direction and operational management of the organization. Comprising key senior executives such as the CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Interim Chief Executive Officer, the team focuses on integrating and optimizing paediatric healthcare services across multiple hospitals and care centres, overseeing major projects like the new children’s hospital, and advancing the CHI’s mission in integrated services, education, and research and innovation.
