The Governance and Oversight team at Children's Home and Aid is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic direction in alignment with the organization’s mission. This group of dedicated members, including a Chair, Treasurer, and multiple Trustees, oversees compliance, financial integrity, and program effectiveness to enhance the organization's ability to save children’s lives and support families in need. They play a critical role in shaping policy and guiding the overall governance framework.
