Children's Home Network

Children's Home Network is a child- and family-centered organization that is positioned to care for struggling families and children seeking the comfort of a loving family. Adolescents in Motherhood Maternity Program (AIM): provides services for teen mothers and expecting teens who are in foster care. Kids Village: Our CHN main campus is the site of our residential healing program, Kids Village. Here, children ages 6-17 reside in our care as we provide them with support for healing from abuse and neglect. Supporting & Empowering Educational & Developmental Services (SEEDS): is an intervention program that works collaboratively with schools, family members, and the community to ensure children are ready for Kindergarten, promoted at the end of the school year, and reading on level by third grade in Hillsborough County. Fostering Families: is committed to recruiting, preparing, and supporting foster families and to nurturing children and mentoring families as a whole, striving to keep siblings together, while providing safety and permanency through reunification and family restoration. Kinship: provides support to relative caregivers by helping families connect to necessary services, expanding family support systems, and reducing stress to promote family stability in Broward, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, and Seminole Counties. Pinellas Support Team (PST): is a behavioral health and tutoring program that provides services to families residing in Pinellas County with children in pre-kindergarten through high school, who are experiencing difficulties. Healthy Families Hillsborough: This nationally accredited home visiting program for expectant parents and parents of newborns experiencing stressful life situations improves childhood outcomes and increases family self-sufficiency by empowering parents through education and community support.
