Lillian Diaz serves as a Family Support Navigator for the Children's Home Network, focusing on the Hillsborough Kinship Program to ensure children with relative caregivers remain out of foster care post-discharge. Responsibilities include completing assessments and required documentation within specified timelines. Previously, Lillian held the position of Intake Coordinator for the Kinship Program, conducting initial assessments and managing intake processes. Additional experience includes an internship at Gracepoint Wellness, where Lillian gained field experience across multiple departments, and positions as a Teller at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and Human Resources Assistant for the City of Stuart. Lillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Social Work from Indian River State College.
