Kristina Berg

Director Of Engagement at Children's Home Society & Family Services

Kristina Berg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Kristina started their career at Children's Home Society & Family Services in 2005 as an International Child Welfare Manager, where they managed humanitarian programs in multiple countries and oversaw HIV/AIDS programming. In 2011, they worked at People Serving People Inc as a Volunteer and In-Kind Coordinator, recruiting and assigning volunteers and coordinating donations. In 2012, they joined Children's Home Society of Minnesota as the Director of Engagement and Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota as the Director of Programs. In 2015, they became the Director of Development at Ethiopia Reads.

Kristina Berg received their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in 2005 from Minnesota State University Moorhead, where they studied Social Work, Multicultural Studies, and Spanish. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Concordia College, focusing on Spanish studies.
