Isaac Dorsey

Isaac Dorsey serves as the Executive Director of Head Start and Early Head Start at The Children's Home Society of NJ since August 2016, overseeing program design, management, and compliance with relevant laws for federally and state-funded Pre-K programs. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Head Start at Children's Institute, Inc., where program operations for early childhood initiatives were directed, and Assistant Head Start Director at Catholic Charities of Arizona, focusing on program compliance and leadership in human capital management. Additionally, Isaac operated as a Home Health Care Provider and held the position of Executive Director at Somerset Community Action Program, managing services for low-income families. Isaac holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
