Melanie Griffin

Melanie Griffin is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as Controller at The Children's Home Society of NJ since May 2022, Melanie has also held the positions of Assistant Controller and Accountant within the same organization. As Chief Executive Officer of MLG Enterprise LLC, Melanie oversees creative real estate investments since April 2018. Previous roles include Staff Accountant at Philadelphia Sign Company and J&J Snack Foods Corp, as well as an Accounting & Reporting Intern at American Water. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
