Jeremy Wagoner

Jeremy Wagoner, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Jeremy is currently serving as the Director of Family Engagement at the Children's Home Society of North Carolina. Prior to this, they worked at Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia for several years, holding various positions including Director of Business Development, Program Director, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager. In these roles, they managed staff, collaborated on proposals, promoted accountability and financial responsibility, established customer service standards, and balanced budgets for both the overall program and the Residential program. Jeremy also actively participated in implementing change processes. Earlier in their career, Jeremy worked as a Program Supervisor and Multisystemic Therapist at Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia, as well as a Juvenile Counselor Technician at Guilford County Court Alternatives and a Group Home Manager at Our Home Group Home.

Jeremy then pursued further education at East Carolina University, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution from 2016 to 2020.
