Julia Kesler has a diverse work experience in the field of social services. Julia began their career in 1993 as an Emergency Child Shelter Social Worker at the Children's Home Society of West Virginia. From there, they served as a Family Preservation Social Worker for two years before transitioning to the role of Adoption & Foster Care Social Worker, where they worked for 15 years. In 2011, Julia became the Director of Permanency Services at the same organization, a position they held until April 2021. In April 2021, they were promoted to Director of Social Services.
