Felicia Jackson

Felicia Jackson, MSN, MHA has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Felicia is currently serving as the Director of Surgical Services at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin since November 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Surgical Services at Aurora Health Care starting from October 2014. From January 2005 to December 2014, they worked as the Health Care Supervisor at Milwaukee County Correctional. Felicia also served as the Clinical Development Coordinator, Perioperative Services at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare from May 2013 to October 2014. Felicia Jackson began their healthcare career at Columbia St. Mary's where they held the position of Manager of Patient Services from February 1995 to January 2013.

Felicia Jackson, MSN, MHA completed their education with a Masters of Health Administration in Health Operations from Capella University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nursing Education from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2010.
